11'09''01 - September 11 is a collection of 11 short films, each lasting 11 minutes, 9 seconds, and 1 frame, produced in response to the terrorist attacks upon the titular date; a collection of unsurprisingly mixed quality, with Chahine’s effort being an embarrassing low point, and Loach’s documentary segment an accusatory high point.
